Pricey Pixels for Dataland

Dataland, Refik Anadol's immersive museum of ethically sourced AI art, says it will open June 20, 2026. There's still no word on ticket prices, but don't expect a cheap family outing. Dataland is offering three categories of membership, ranging from $350 to $1500 a year. At other museums the lowest tier of membership is typically about the price of three tickets. Is is possible that Dataland will be the first L.A. museum to approach $100 for a single-visit ticket? (And LACMA is getting dragged for Erewhon's $20 smoothies.)

Dataland is located in the Frank Gehry-designed The Grand L.A., across from Disney Hall and an easy walk to two free museums, the Broad and MOCA Grand Avenue.
