A Modest Proposal for Brandeis University

Sell off the university, keep the art museum. Let's face it, Brandeis will never be another Harvard or MIT. The Rose Art Museum is already the foremost place to see modern and contemporary art in the Boston area. The only thing that's holding it back is the university. The real estate Brandeis sits on must be worth a mint even in today's market. That, plus the Brandeis endowment, could transform the Rose into New England's MOMA.
