Alajajian Marcoosi Architects have released
renderings for Glendale's planned Armenian American Museum. The exterior is inspired by the craggy slopes of Armenia's Mount Aragats. It's a departure for Glendale-based Alajajian Marcoosi, otherwise known for townhouses and Central Avenue's Postmodern-ish Starbucks. The 30,000-sq. ft. museum will adjoin Glendale Central Park, also a work in progress, being developed by the SWA Group.
