Huntington Scores Loan of "Experiment on a Bird in the Air Pump"

The Huntington has secured the loan of Joseph Wright of Derby's An Experiment on a Bird in the Air Pump (1768) from the National Gallery, London. It will be on view Feb. 12 to May 23, 2022, as centerpiece of a focus show, alongside the Huntington's two Wright paintings and materials from the library and science collections.
