Fowler to Survey Yoruba Art

The Fowler Museum at UCLA is home to the nation's most comprehensive collection of Yoruba arts. It is planning a trans-Atlantic, multi-media survey of the subject, spanning Nigeria, Benin, Brazil, Cuba and the U.S. "The House Was Too Small: Sacred Yoruba Arts From Africa and Beyond" will open Oct. 29, 2023, and run through summer 2024.
